\nWould you like to call a naviBelt your own? There are several ways to do this: you can buy it yourself or you can apply for it through your health insurance company if you are blind. You can also test it at home beforehand.<\/p>\n
In the following we describe the different possibilities in detail:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n
As a blind person, you can apply for the naviBelt directly from the health insurance company. For this you need a prescription from a doctor. It does not have to be a prescription from an ophthalmologist, a prescription from your general practitioner is also possible. We have prepared an information letter for you and your doctor, which you can present to your doctor if he has not yet heard of the naviBelt. It summarizes the most important information about the naviBelt as an aid. It also includes a sample prescription so your doctor knows exactly what needs to be on the prescription.<\/p>\n
You can then send us the prescription together with a signed data protection declaration by post. We need the data protection declaration so that we can submit the application to your health insurance company on your behalf. We will then apply for the naviBelt for you and take care of everything else.<\/p>\n
